Key Minister

ABOUT

Key Minister is a device that enables secure storing and automatic releasing of keys. It prevents unauthorised persons from accessing your keys, and record key-related events, such as who has a particular key, and the times at which he/she takes and returns it.

  • Do you know which of your employees have which keys, and when they take and return them?
  • Are you aware that this information could be at your fingertips within three seconds?
  • Would you like the keys to your businesses to be stored in an orderly and safe manner?
  • Are you at a loss to know how to arrange the usage of the same keys by the employees from different departments?
  • Does unauthorised access to your keys concern you?

  • BENEFITS

Information regarding who took a key and when at your fingerprints within three seconds

All you have to do is enter the code and number of a key using the key pad, and information on the user who last took the key will appear on the LCD screen.

Key Minister automatically records events such as access time, user name and key number, thus enabling you to have a real-time and integral overview of events related to key movements.

This eliminates the sloppiness of manual records, an important advantage.

Never again will you have to wonder who has a certain key, when he/she took it and when (if at all) it will be returned

A multi-level security system to prevent unauthorised access and misuse

The multi-level security system guarantees secure access to and removal of keys. The administrator can allow users or groups the following access patterns: password only, RFID card only, RFID card or password, and RFID card and password.

Key Minister is a handy tool, given that different departments can share the same keys in an orderly and safe manner. You can further increase security by defining access settings, i.e., who and when (e.g., only during working hours) can take certain keys.

Key Minister can be connected to your existing security systems so that persons responsible are notified in the case of unauthorised access or theft. At the same time, the key box itself has a built-in alarm that is triggered if the box is broken into or a key taken by an unauthorised person. The alarm is triggered also if employees forget to close the key box door.

Eliminated costs related to key loss or theft

With Key Minister, you can eliminate costs related to key loss or theft.

The mere fact that key-related events are recorded has a psychological effect on users. They become more responsible and consistent in complying with the rules on key access and use.

The most important thing about event recording and storing is that the last events related to key movements are always stored in memory, which is particularly important if a key gets lost. In this case, just use the key pad to find out who last took the key and when.

Local memory can store more than 2,000 of the last events related to key box access. Regardless of what these last events might be, those related to key removal from the key box are always stored.
